Delivery

We process our orders within three days of receiving them so you should receive your order within a week or so. If you require your book(s) urgently, please phone us and we will try to send them out on the same day by First Class post (some extra postage will have to be charged!).

P&P is charged as follows:

1 - 2 items £2.25
3 - 5 items £4.25
6-10 items £7.55
(1 item = one book or pack of cue cards)

Inspection Copies

We are happy to send you books on inspection. We will send your order with an invoice but if you wish to return any of the books, you will have to do so at your expense. You must ensure that the returned books are securely packed so that we receive them back in mint condition. When we receive the returned books, we will issue a revised invoice. We can only accept returns within 30 days of invoice date.

Payment

Books are sent with an invoice and we expect payment by cheque within 30 days. Official school orders may be paid by the Local Authority by Bacs or by cheque.
